GUISOS DE PESCADOR


Esta salsa es ideal para rociar algunos platos y enriquecerlos todabia mas si cabe en especial sepia ,sepionet,calamar incluso merluza a la plancha.

En un mortero primero un poco de sal para evitar que salten los dos dientes de ajo que machacaremos acontinuacion,añadir aceite de oliva virjen, esprimir medio limon,añadir vnagre al gusto . perejil triturado y remober con la maza del mortero, Rociar por encima del plato deseado, wheelchair[1][1].gif
