Convalidacion teorico para el per

Me gustaria saber si me pueden convalidar solo el teorico del Per, en 2005 me saque Patron Local de Pesca y estuve embarcado 9 meses pero por lo visto necesito 18 meses para que me lo convaliden, mi pregunta es si me pueden convalidar el teorico y me saco las practicas como dicen ellos, gracias.
