salar con sal fina

sin salar me da mejores resultados de todas formas lo mismo es el tipo de sal creo

segun lo que sea salar..... salar puede ser, salar con 1cm. de sal por encima de la sardina. o hechar una capita, unos granos por encima, sin llegar a tapar completamente

la sardina. yo no suelo " enterrarla" en sal... aunque si que le hecho una " capita" y siempre de sal gorda, a falta de pan.... fina.
